Meet Kim Omer, GRI, Associate Broker from RE/MAX of Owosso. Kim carries on the family
tradition of providing excellence in real estate transactions started by her grandfather, Lee Omer
back in 1917. Kim has been licensed since 1973, and has acquired years of expertise and
proficiency assisting local clients.
Upon graduation from Michigan State University in 1977, she worked with a small, commercial printing firm in Columbus, Ohio. From there she went on to Ameritech Publishing, a Fortune 500 Company, and was relocated to Hamburg, Germany. After her return to the states, Kim resumed with the family business, Lee Omer & Company, which her father Randy converted to RE/MAX of Owosso in May of 1991. Currently she holds her GRI, and is pursuing her CRS designation. Awards and recognition for Kim are as follows: member of the "Executive Club", "100% Club" and Sales Advisory Council. Kim has been an active member of the local Board of REALTORs for many years, served as President of the Shiawassee Regional Board of REALTORs in 1998 and was voted "REALTOR of the Year" for 2001. Kim is dedicated to upholding the family tradition, and finds it gratifying to provide professional services to clients who have returned to do business with the Omer's.
